Marc sits down with Shira Kraft, author of the Glutie Foodie blog, and discusses healthy eating with celebrity chefs, inside details of Epicure production, and the impromptu nature of working without a script.
Epicure is a web series in which celebrity chefs and top doctors from The George Washington Medical Faculty Associates (GW MFA) team up to serve dishes suitable for patients living with an array of health conditions. The article highlights Epicure’s mission of bringing awareness to healthy eating. Even though the show’s host admits that he is no health aficionado, he does agree that Epicure has changed his eating habits for the better. (He even refused to order a pastry at Panera during the interview out of respect for the reporter’s blog.) However, Marc still has a few guilty pleasures.
