Client Spotlight: How To Fool-Proof Patient Matching

Mistaken hospital identity happens more often than you would like to think. Fortunately, Get Real Health CTO and Founding Partner Jason Harmon says there are steps hospitals and health information technology can take to make patient matching more fool-proof. Harmon explains that patient misidentification hospital errors happen all too often.
