The paper reports how Epicure features renowned chefs such as The Inn at Little Washington’s Patrick O’Connell, Society Fair’s Cathal Armstrong, and others who are paired with top physicians from George Washington Medical Faculty Associates. Each episode explores a different medical diet by combining culinary techniques and expert nutrition background to produce a meal that is delicious and simple enough to prepare at home. The weekly series is available online, however you can also watch across one of the 27 televisions in the GW MFA waiting rooms in downtown D.C. In the most recent episode, Marcel’s super Chef-owner Robert Wiedmaier stirs up super fruit smoothies that are great for detoxing or for getting the morning off to a great start.
