Goodwill’s primary objective is to help individuals with barriers to employment become self-sufficient through training and employment services. Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake annually provides services to more than 4,000 people in need of assistance because of physical, mental or other social barriers and places approximately 1,000 into jobs giving them.
