Tilewa Tikili

Tilewa Tikili currently serves as an Account Manager at On The Marc Media, offering her strategic expertise in public relations, marketing, communications, and social media to meet her clients’ needs.

In her previous position as a Marketing and Social Media Specialist at American Gene Technologies® (AGT™), Tilewa played a central role in executing a wide variety of marketing campaigns, developing integrated social media content across multiple platforms, creating compelling graphics for marketing collateral, executing email marketing campaigns, managing website projects, and supporting branding, messaging, and marketing deliverables. Olatilewa’s ability to bridge the gap between science and layman audiences has been a tremendous asset, ensuring that critical information reaches those who need it. She initially joined AGT as a Sales and Marketing Specialist for the COVID Business Unit, where she played a pivotal role in enlisting medical professionals and facilities to partner with American Gene’s COVID lab, contributing to the funding of the AGT HIV clinical trial. 

Tilewa’s extensive professional background also includes roles as a customer success specialist, wherein she established close working relationships with renowned organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Disney, Apple, and the Chemical Abstract Society. Moreover, her global experience extends to the Lagos State Government in Nigeria, where she served as their Assistant Public Affairs Officer. In addition, Tilewa is committed to making a social impact, which began with her work at Action STL and Missouri Young African Professionals (MOYAP), where she played a pivotal role in educating and connecting marginalized groups in Saint Louis.

Tilewa brings a strong academic foundation to her professional journey. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Media & Communications from Afe Babalola University in 2017, Tilewa pursued a Master of Arts in Advertising & Marketing Communications at Webster University from 2019 to 2021.
