The main focus of the presentation was customizing, sharing, and interacting on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest while using Google Analytics to measure your reach and influence. Tagging was a particularly popular topic as Marc Silverstein recounted a story involving a posted picture of his daughter with her favorite cleaning device, the Swiffer. Swiffer was tagged in the description of the picture and because of that tag, Marc’s daughter received two free Swiffers and a T-shirt from the company.
