Positive Changes’ client Walter Lundstrom joined WBNS 10TV News, with Positive Changes Manager Lisa Hamilton, to share how hypnosis changed his life and helped him overcome his 30-year weight loss struggle.
Walter Lundstrom first began dieting at age twenty. He spent the next thirty years of his life fluctuating between losing weight and gaining it all back, until a friend referred him to Positive Changes Hypnosis. Walter enrolled in a Positive Changes program, met with a certified hypnotist and embarked on yet another weight loss journey. But this time it was different.
Walter quickly lost 30 pounds and was pleased with his results, but was astounded by how easy it was to keep the weight off. “We all know how we’re supposed to eat. Positive Changes helped me to actually make those choices. Instead of being forced, I just make decent choices–it just kind of happens.” It’s been four years since Walter lost the weight, and he hasn’t dieted since.
