Get Real Health’s Robin Wiener Featured on HealthIQ Radio Show
When Get Real Health president and founding partner Robin Wiener was a young girl, she was labeled as “slow” by her school’s teachers and administrators and was told that she shouldn’t expect to achieve much in life. Thanks to her mother’s persistence, Robin was diagnosed with a learning disability – Dyslexia – and given the support she needed to not only excel in school but go on to create Get Real Health, a global health technology company that is revolutionizing healthcare in the United States and around the world.
In honor of Dyslexia Awareness Month, Robin was featured on HealthIQ Radio, where she talked about her personal experiences with the condition and medical advancements that have been made since her diagnosis. Robin also shares her advice for parents of dyslexic children and explains that with the proper accomodations, people with Dyslexia can be successful, enterprising business leaders.
