Farzad Mostashari, M.D., “Gets Real” In His First On-Camera Interview After Joining Get Real Health’s Board
Nobody is more excited than former ONC Director Farzad Mostashari to be at HIMSS14 this week. For Farzad (as he likes to be called), it’s a big reunion of all the movers and shakers in Health IT. And his fellow attendees feel like they have a rock star in their midst.
We were thrilled to grab a few minutes of Farzad’s time for this interview about why he joined the Get Real Health Board of Directors, because people have been stopping him every few seconds to say hello and talk to him. As you’ll see in the video below, now that he’s in the private sector, aligning himself with Get Real Health was an easy decision. He’s happy to be a part of a company that feels the same way he does about advocating for patients in this “crazy healthcare world” and he’s very interested in the way we’re expanding into international markets.
