Cyndy Nayer Talks about Rapid Innovation
Cyndy Nayer, a staunch believer in the need for better healthcare, is excited to be sharing her thoughts on Rapid Innovation at the World Health Care Congress on Tuesday, April 9 at 2pm. Cyndy’s goal is to discover brave, courageous people and ideas and push them forward into new systems of engagement and outcomes. The tools she uses include VBBD and OBC and she’ll be talking about other ones during her presentation.
Cyndy is excited to be bringing two brand new companies to the World Health Care Congress, Lovelace Health Plan and Organizational Wellness and Leadership. The CEO’s of both organizations have taken some brave steps and are ready to share, learn, do, and report, Cyndy says.
Cyndy prides herself on encouraging people to think differently when it comes to dealing with healthcare. She asserts that some of the most trusted people for healthcare information are physicians and pharmacists, yet it’s the employers and health plans that provide most of the education, making a disconnect almost guaranteed. Her re-alignment strategies have shown faster engagement and speed to outcomes. Her purpose: to get America back to work. Cyndy can’t wait to share new innovations, new companies and new solutions at the event!
